TAYLOR MADE PRODUCTS UNVEILS NEW LINE OF LIFE RINGS

 

GLOVERSVILLE, NY – April 15, 2005 - For 2005, Taylor Made is upgrading its line of life rings for the boating market with the introduction of new vinyl-coated foam models.

 

The new life rings, which retail starting at $52.99, contain a unicellular polyurethane foam with a soft vinyl skin. They come with traditional sewn-in beckets or in some models with floating polypropylene grab lines secured inside the foam core, eliminating external straps that can wear, mildew or deteriorate.

 

The Taylor Made life rings, are available in orange or white colors, in 20, 24 and 30-inch sizes. They are inspected and tested in accordance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations. Special models meeting international SOLAS requirements have an energy-absorbent vinyl skin and reflective tape for higher visibility.
